Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

S Baji supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• For deposits, only Registered in your own name A registered payment account must be used.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• At least one deposit is required before your first withdrawal.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cashout feature).
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
• Live betting odds may change after a match has started.
• S Baji reserves the right to reject or limit any bet deemed disproportionately large.
• S Baji reserves the right to void bets accepted at erroneous odds.

In Sports Betting, outcomes are not considered final until the match result is officially determined. If a match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason, refunds will be processed in accordance with S Baji's refund policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the S Baji platform. Involvement in any of these will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misrepresenting your identity to claim bonus offers.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Match fixing or use of insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to S Baji's systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.

S Baji believes betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we actively promote responsible gaming and help our users build healthy betting habits.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily disable your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period.
